Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Galactic24Trip. They set out the rules and conditions that apply to your use of our travel booking platform.
Welcome to Galactic24Trip. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Galactic24Trip acts as an intermediary between you and travel providers such as accommodation hosts and airlines. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant provider, subject to their own terms and conditions.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as selected digital payment methods.
Cancellation terms are set by the supplier of each booking, not by us, and we never offer more than the supplier returns to us. Each booking's own terms are shown on the room or fare, again on the payment page immediately above the pay button, on your confirmation, and in your account. It is your responsibility to review them before confirming.
A booking marked non refundable cannot be cancelled for a refund once it is confirmed. That is the supplier's condition, it is stated before you pay, and we have no way to override it. Where a booking can be cancelled, contact us and we will confirm the exact amount being returned before any money moves; it is refunded in full to your original payment method, including our booking fee, and reaches you in five to ten working days depending on your bank.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Galactic24Trip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Galactic24Trip provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from the acts or omissions of third-party travel providers.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
